Becoming
Because surviving is only the beginning.
Private Support for Life After Breast Cancer
You’re done.
Did you expect it feel different?
They say you’re cured. It’s supposed to feel like a celebration.
But many survivors quietly feel something else.
Exhaustion. Disconnection. A body that doesn’t feel familiar. Grief that lingers. Fear that hasn’t fully left. Relationships that have shifted.
If that’s you, you are not alone.
Why I Created Becoming
When I was told I was “cured,” I expected to feel relief. Instead, I found myself struggling, still grieving, and in a body I didn’t recognize.
Before breast cancer, I served as Director of the Women’s Health Program at an academic medical center. As a survivor, I shifted my work into oncology and improving the patient experience. I became certified to lead Stanford’s Cancer Thriving and Surviving Program workshops and I explored complementary ways to feel better. As I moved through my own healing transformation, I knew I had to share it with others.
I understand survivorship from both sides — the clinical experience and the lived reality.
Becoming was created at that intersection.

The Work
Becoming is private, one-on-one support for breast cancer survivors who are ready to gently shape what comes next.
This is not about going back, forcing positivity, or pretending you’re fine.
This is about:
● Rebuilding trust in your body
● Calming a nervous system that has lived through trauma
● Making space for grief without being defined by it
● Finding a steady connection to your inner wisdom
● Allowing hope to return in a way that feels grounded and real
The Becoming Experience
Each 1:1 session is thoughtfully tailored to where you are on your survivor journey. This is a space to gently move beyond survival.
Together, we uncover the patterns you had to build to get through — the protective layers, the quiet tension, the places that still feel unsettled or stuck. Not to relive them, but to integrate them or release them. As your nervous system softens and your body begins to feel safe again, something powerful happens.
You begin to feel stronger. Clearer. More grounded. More like the woman you are becoming.
This work is not about returning to who you were before.
It is about evolving into your next chapter — steady, connected, and deeply at peace within yourself.
Our sessions may weave together guided meditation, energy integration, breathwork, sound healing, reflective practices, and nervous system support — always guided by what feels most supportive and aligned for you.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Everything is invitational.

Schedule a Conversation
If something in you feels quietly curious, you’re welcome to reach out.
This begins with a 20-minute conversation — a space to share where you are, ask questions, and explore whether this kind of support feels aligned for you.
There’s no pressure to decide. Just a steady place to talk it through. If it feels like a fit, we’ll take the next step together. If it doesn’t, we’ll simply honor that.
