Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. Reiki helps to restore the body’s optimal energy flow; addressing any issues affecting the body’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state. Offered in over 1,000 hospitals across the country, research studies show reductions in chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and even post-surgical recovery times. Whether you have trauma to release, feel creatively blocked, or you just need a reset, Reiki will help you to heal and restore balance. Reiki is not religious and requires no beliefs, therefore it is effective for people of any age and background.

Meditation

Whether you’re feeling anxious, burned out, curious, or just in need of something new, meditation offers a gentle, powerful way to reconnect with yourself. It soothes the nervous system, helps you sleep better, brings clarity to your thoughts, and reminds you of the stillness that’s always available underneath the noise of daily life. Led by Jen—whose calm presence, kind energy, and soothing voice put even the most restless minds at ease—our classes are welcoming, peaceful, and easy to follow. No previous experience is required. You’ll be guided step-by-step through simple, nourishing practices that leave you feeling lighter, more grounded, and often surprised at how deeply relaxed you become.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) combines gentle vibrations and soothing tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. During this one-on-one treatment, therapeutic singing bowls are placed directly on your body. With each soft mallet strike on the bowl, you will hear soft ambient tones and feel the sound waves flow directly into your body. As your senses are immersed in this calming experience, you will release stress, tension, and worry while increasing feelings of peaceful tranquility. Many clients report not only deep relaxation, but also a feeling of calm, mental clarity, and being more connected to the present moment.
